This is what I got, although I haven't used it yet, my camera's not even a year old. It has an air blower, lens cloth, brush, cotton swabs and lens cleaning tissues and cleaning liquid. Although I don't think it cost a lot to have it professionally cleaned.

Id be weary of that really messing up the photons as they enter the glass. You dont wanna spoil those photons.

Read the label. Not for contact lenses. Contains isopropyl alcohol.

If you have a serious concern about lens cleaner, you should probably not use it, period and head down to the local camera shop and buy some lens cleaner from them.

This appears to be a legit lens cleaner.

I take mine to the drycleaners weekly. Keeps the photons aligned.

There's no reason to risk unbuffing the microcoat - I take mine to a professional lens cleaner before each paid shoot.

I seriously would NOT use it without knowing the ingredients. I had to Google it. He has a cleaner from a safety equipment company that generally deals with safety goggles and face shields. Whatever makes it foamy when shaken could be ammonia or various detergents that are okay for other stuff but VERY bad for lens coatings.
