Last week wasn't one of my best, equipment wise. I went out to shoot for the day with a friend and couldn't get my lens to focus on anything except infinity! (I've since rectified that). Tried to print some cards for an upcoming show and the printer started having a breakdown - printing the wrong colors, banding, etc. pened a new box of ink and found that they had failed to include a cyan - and of course that's what I was out of! Tried to print some PDF's of sales sheets from my website. The images printed fine but the text was gibberish! Wasted about 30 sheets of paper.
Did you ever have one of those days when you wished your passion was to work at Circle K?
After all that you are going to have many days of pure blind luck happenings. However our local Circle k does have an opening for night auditor. :D

On a day like this, you don't want to drive or take a trip in a plane. :D

Hey, thanks. Maybe I should take it and take a vacation from photography for awhile! However, my friend reminded me that I'd have to deal with J Q Public, and that's probably harder than the equipment.
I've had some bad days dealing with a misbehaving printer.
Do you ever think the printer is putting on an evil grin when it looks at you? They do seem to have a mind of their own!

What gets me is how they start making noises and exercising their internal parts while I'm sitting here minding my own business.
My Canon does that! It was really creepy the first time - I nearly jumped out of my chair. The HP only does it when it's getting ready to do something. And the Lexmark never does it at all!
