I am wondering if this lens will fit my Canon 6D FF camera. It is the EF 75-300 4.5-5.6 III USM lens. It seems to be a good buy, but I need to know will it fit.

Just to make this easier in the future:
ALL EF lenses and EF-S lenses fit on your full frame camera.

Yes it will fit, but its not a particularly good quality lens. The Canon 70-300mm F4-5.6 IS is a much better lens and adds IS to it.
