Nikon SB 910 comparison

A friend has asked me to buy the SB-910 af speedlight ttl shoe mount flash p 20700 for his Nikon d7000 camera. (He lives off the coast of Africa and does not have the availability that we have in the US).

Any way, I found model SB 910 i TTL Speedlight for a little less money.

I've tried to compare features but have not been able to tell if this is the same flash or if it is a lower model than the first one.

Does any one know if they are different?

Nikon only makes the one SB910 unit. You may be looking at a knock-off that is "FOR" Nikon.

Last 4 digits of Nikon product code is 4809. Price should be $546.95-$549.95

You may be looking at one of the "bait-and-switch" sites. Do not fall for them as you will get ripped-off every time. Product will be grey market, incomplete, refurbished, or just plain used. Here is one:

I know B&H sells internationally and you can trust them.

I heard the SB 910 was rushed into production to replace the SB 900 which had a problem. As far as I know the problem was corrected and the SB 910 is considered the best of at least the Nikon Brand. I have, use, and love the SB 700, which is smaller and less expensive. Both available from B&H internationally.
