I can't download photos to UH...Help

I'm new to UH. Trying every which way to download my very first entry to the UH forum. No matter what I try ... negative ... it just doesn't work. I use Picasa to store photos. I'm computer savvy. I also feel stupid that I can't do this. I'll take all the help/ideas you might have. Thanks to all. neRtZ aka Rich

1. Click "Create New Topic"
2. Choose Approach
3. Type text
4. Click "Choose file"
5. Choose File
6. Click Send

Sorry. Did not work. after #1, there was no "approach," or choose file, etc. I'm working with a PC. Are you using a Mac?

Sorry about using the word approach. Choose Main Photography Discussion and click continue.

No. No ipad. Just a regular desktop PC. At this point I have tried so many combinations I'm afraid that when it does work, I'll forget what I did!

Click 'Quote reply'. Then click 'choose file' just beneath 'send'

Rich Why don't you tell us what steps you are taking and maybe we can see where the error is that way. and not to sound like a know-it-all, but technically you would be up-loading to UHH

UHH? I'll make sure I remember that extra "H!"
Here's what I do:
1. click "create new topic"
2. click "pictures" and then "continue"
3. fill in title and description
4. click "browse"
5. minimize screen to get back to desktop
6. open Picasa3
7. click on appropriate folder in Picasa
8. scroll and hightlight selected photo
9. go back to "New Topic in the Section 'Pictures'"
after these steps I'm stuck. nothing I do seems to put the picture in the UHH "file/picture attachments" place.

Problem at 5. When you hit 'Browse', a new window should pop up. You must find them in that window. Throught that window, you can navigate to your desktop.

I've had the same problem on one of my computers and I can't seem to fix it. Notify Admin and they will help you...it's something about "enabling" or "disabling" a program. I couldn't figure it out, however, but maybe you can.

Rich- if your son can explain it in 5th grade terms, I would love to hear how to fix mine.
