Isn't your #3 a bullfinch (I'm no expert).
And isn't it amazing how rare sparrows have become here.

Excellent set, love the last one. #3 looks like a bullfinch, #11 looks more like a female chaffinch.

You could well be right on #3. Never saw a single sparrow. I was actually trying to get a shot of a Jay. I could hear them but they never came into range.

I like the photos of the birds. especially Blue Tit and female Chaffinch; but the last shot is what does it for me. Love the reflections and the tranquility of the composition. Really nice work.

I was there for a few hours and it was mostly overcast with rain showers. As I was leaving the wind dropped, the surface of the water went smooth and the sun came out hence that shot.
