Question please.
I subscribe (e-mail) to PictureCorrect Photography Tips.
It gives me good information and suggestions on how to, etc.
This week I received the newsletter and it had an "offer" for a 93% Discount on a Photoshop package bundle. Total cost to be less than $20.00.

I am a newbie to UHH and to Photoshop CS6. My question for all of the PS users in UHH, is this "bundle" something that I should purchase. Hopefully to use as I progress in both the camera and Photoshop?

The offer is only good thru Tuesday, October 29th.

Thanks for the look and here is the link...I hope!

If the actions listed give effects you like, sure, why not?
Personally, I don't like a lot of the "effects" given to photos through actions, and certainly won't spend my money on them. There are literally thousands of actions available for free on the internet (Google for "Free actions Photoshop"), another reason I won't spend money on them.

If you are using PSE, you can still use a good number of the actions. But all actions are recorded in PS, and since that program has a number of features not available in PSE, a number of the actions won't work in PSE.

Sorry, I can't make up my mind for you here, except to answer your question "is this "bundle" something that I should purchase" - You don't have to!
Since your are new to CS6, I would like to suggest that you learn to use the program as downloaded or installed out of the box first, before you even begin to think about adding actions, brushes, shapes, effects, etc.

Thanks EstherP for the good advise as always!

I think I may go to Google first and perhaps be selective in the actions.... When I say I am new to PSCS6, I've had it for about a year. I still go to YouTube, etc. to help with some of the photo corrections. The program has soooooo many features that it is almost impossible for me to grasp them! Still in the learning mode.
Thanks again Esther!!
