Took this yesterday afternoon. It goes from the Château Frontenac in Québec City down to near the ferry landing
Feel free to add pics 'n stuff
Good shots. Too bad it was cloudy.
Actually it was better that way as had the sun been out the scratches on the window would have shown up. Also it was a lousy day and we were the only one in the car which made it easier to shoot.
Those clouds came in from Wisconsin, my buddy in Portage sent them LOL

you are bringing back fond memories of the beautiful Old Town. Thank you for that and for letting us add.
street view of the funicular
mural with me "in it", so to speak
Petit Champlain foliage-covered building
statue base at top of funicular
Petit Champlain anchor park
steps to the park
Jim that's a pretty steep grade there. Glad you are back
Liebgard..yep. you've been there
That thing fell down a few years ago. Tell you Tad, it sure is worth the two bucks it costs to get up on top there.
Been around doing some camera stuff and preparing two YouTubes ..jim
liebgard..where you are standing on that bridge which crosses the Côte de la Montagne (Mountain Hill) in late winter they have a Red Bull Crashed Ice thing and the contestants leave from the Château and skate down to the bottom of the hill. You can see it on You Tube..Google ''Red Bull Crashed Ice'' and select the Québec one..Jim

OooOoOOoOO!!
I LOVE the fabulous perspective in these, Roadrunner! Makes me feel like I'm right there alongside you!
It looks like a place I'd like to see firsthand :)
Thanx all. Looks like I'll have to get back over there to take more shots.
Great shots Jim, great shots

Love it! Exciting! And I liked seeing the Château lit up in colored lights and the Basilica Notre Dame in the background.
Roadrunner: of your shots of the views from the funicular, I like #3 of the rails down and #5 the best. Is there more snow now?
Beautiful City but too many hills/steps. Loved it there in the old city.
