What is the best small point and shoot camera ?
Thanks
I researched these thoroughly in September and for small size, RAW shooting, and fully manual, the Canon S95 is the winner.

I have a Canon s95 and I love it. Very easy to use in manual, built well, takes great pics in RAW, and it truly is a shirt pocket camera.
I was having my 4H Photography project kids take photos of a Christmas tree without flashes (to enhance that "glowy ambiance" last night. One student was using a Canon Powershot 1300. Amazine close shots of ornaments, good lighting and sharpness. I'm on eBay looking for a used one.
I would have to agree with the Canon 95 recommendation, though I have not used the newer 100. I opted to take an SD1300 backpacking at Philmont Scout Ranch this summer- didn't want to carry anything heavy and more expensive. Couple photos below.
Ken Rockwell has some recommendations here.

I really appreciate everyone's opinion
I have two Canon DSLR cameras but carry my Canon S95 in my purse all the time. It is impressive.

I bought my wife a Canon S95 and she loves it. The pictures she takes with it are beautiful.
