I am a University Professor who takes pictures all the time, both my family and my students get a little tired of it I think. This site has already been a great help in decisions abobut lenses and web sites to use to sell my stuff. Just wanted to say thank you and if you are interested here is the first web site I've set up for the sale of both my wife's and my images. http://philipkaren-rispin.artistwebsites.com/

Hey folks, thanks for the very kind welcomes. I have a question that may be better asked on another part of the forum but here goes anyway... is there anyone else out there with a Nikon D800E who is less than pleased with the sharpness of the images it takes?

Phil,
I just saw an article about what you are saying. It said that the sensor in the camera is so good that the slightest focus error will yield shots that look fuzzy or just not real sharp. True or not I will leave that up to you.

I'm beginning to believe that if you breath wrong while tripping the shutter with a remote release is has an affect.
