Old Enlarger Lens

Got my extension tubes today. Shot some images around the house to get a feel for it. Haven't used this lens for about 40 years.

So far I think it has possibilities. The DOF is extremely shallow as you will see. 40mm lens, 7mm tube and 39mm to M4/3 adaptor.

Not the most interesting shots but it gives an idea of how it works.

Always fun to play with old lenses. Once had an 8mm movie camera lens that I reversed on my Nikon...it was like looking through a microscope. ;-)

wow, an old enlarger lens! What a great idea. Seems to work nicely. Some very sharp images.

The use of an enlarger lens is far more flexible with a bellows instead of tubes ....

I agree but there are no bellows that I know of for M4/3.

I googled this and came up with zip.

Then you could use an adapter - probably to M42 bellows- would be the easiest and cheapest way...If they make one ( adapter) - I am not that knowledgeable with 4/3.

Indeed they do. I'll look into it. Thanks.
