Like shot 1 before more than 2 after. No idea how you can fix it.

Yes!! :) The original is unsavable in my opinion, I'd have a go with selecting the mesh and using content-aware fill but don't think you'd get a useful pic.
The doctored shot is OK, I actually like it

After lots of cloning and an artistic session. Appreciate any other suggestions. Thank you

misread this Andrew, thought it said "arsonist" session, but there again I would think that's the best thing to do with it, set fire to it, call me a philistine but I never did understand high art :D

Thanks for looking and comments FJ. I only have limited processing programs none of which have advanced features.

Cheers Al, don't spare my feelings. I never realised you were from the Middle East. Rather than setting fire to it I will just delete it from my laptop.

Definitely not, makes an acceptable photograph that tells it as it is, look like amateur art night.

The Wizard of Oz would be shocked. I prefer the look of a captive Lion yearning to be free. Sad and emotionally stirring.

I quite like the original, as it was raining heavily I thought I would play and try and clone out the wire, the result looked really bad but after the time spent I thought I ought to do something with it so tried a few different filters and this was the only one that looked OKish.

But it's true, except for the bit about me taking inspiration from Banksey
