#1 looks as though it doesn't have a roof. Is that anything to do with the fact that it was a gunpowder works? :lol:
The half-buried gear wheel in #1 looks kind of symbolic.

yes! In May 1838 there was an explosion and five mills blew up in succession and part of the roof was found over a mile away. :thumbup:

Great set #1 is nice with the power train from the water to the mill. #2 is a beautiful stream picture it shows the power to drive the mill. #3 give us the idea of the size of the workings. nicely done.
