Finally ... something to laugh about
That was so great - you made my day.
They've still got it. I can't think of a comedian today that's as funny as the comedians from 40 years ago.
So many comedians became less funny as their income increased. Not so with the Smothers Brothers.
Thanks for posting!

Jack Benny knew that putting 3 fingers on his chin was funnier that putting 4 there....from working in front of an audience. I miss guys like Jack, Jonathan Winters, Cosby in his day, etc. Too many have followed after Lenny Bruce. And I'll miss Jay...he's funny, too.

Absolutely !! No laugh track was necessary. IMO, most comedians today are not even funny.
Thanks, that was great. Loved watching them when they were on.

And it was much funnier.
What? That was funny? I'd say you were all joking if I thought you had a sense of humour!
Hang on - been thinking about it. . .
Nope. Still not funny. Got the wry quip about 'national policy' though. But it took 'em a while to work up to it eh? Must've been worth it or they wouldn't've bothered I suppose.
Wow. I was expecting a washed up couple of comedians but I couldn't have been more wrong. These guys have lost nothing but the color in their hair. Top notch stuff.
