Can't post in General Chit Chat

I'm trying to post in the General chit chat section, but it's not available from the list of sections I have to choose from. How do I post in that section?

A, click on 'photography forum'.
Go down to 'chit-chat'.
When the section comes up, scroll to the very bottom.
'creat a new topic' should be there.
Click on it.
A, my recommendation? Stay out of it.

You may have to click on "All Sections" to open up the list. But I agree with SS; 'tis a pit of horror and pain from which nobody, once ensnared, escapes!

Option 2:
Post in the main photography section and it will get moved to the chit chat section anyway... LOL..

For the following 30 days after that I'll send you 10 cents a day, then on the 365'th day I'll send 24 cents... I don't have any small envelopes though so I'll have to send it in large boxes. In appreciation for that excellent deal, I'll also throw in some extra rocks because I have too many and this would be a good opportunity for me to share some of them with you. But I can't afford postage so I will have to send it COD. I hope you'll be there every day of the year to collect your payments. I don't ever want to be late.. :-)

Thanks for the warnings everyone! I have been trained by the government to realize most of their major decisions are bad ones, and to stay away from posting my opinions on that... lol... so I should be able to apply that training to that section and be fine!.. :-)
