First, the National Park Service “closed” the open-air WWII Memorial.
Next, they attempted to block people from even looking at Mount Rushmore.
Now, park rangers are forcing private citizens out of privately owned homes due to the government shutdown. They have even barricaded the road, ensuring that they will not be allowed to return to their homes.
From KTNV News:
Joyce Spencer is 77-years-old and her husband Ralph is 80. They’ve been spending most of their time in the family ice cream store since going home isn’t an option.

I am surprised that there are not any major riots throughout the country. The way things are going, I would not be surprised if one starts soon.

I have just read that Obama has granted a request for illegals to have an Amnesty protest on the Washington Mall.

Want to pass a budget?
You want ACA BO?
OK, remember NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!

1.) ALL Federal government employee's ( every one of them, yes the congress, white House and staff )- no wavers or exemptions or subsidies

2.) ALL Union members- ALL, that includes teachers, cops etc., SEIU, ACORN ( or whatever their name is now ) - No exceptions or wavers or subsidies

Prisoners and ex-cons are now able to sign up for Obama Care free. This cost is going to double and be passed on to others who have signed up.

Gotta love the OBAMA administration, they said make it hard on the people and blame it on the repubs. Sorry group of individuals.

Prisoners already get healthcare....Ex-cons are just people.

Sorry, but your post is an attempt to create confusion based on irrelevent information.

I agree. There are too many posts that are incomplete, thereby creating confusion and misinformation.

Here is a link to more details about the couple:

Don't get me wrong, I think the action of the government is repulsive, in spite of the extenuating circumstances of the house being on park property. Apparently people who live there must have primary residences in other locations.

Could you please explain to me how someone can own a house on government property?
