Poor lighting shot, but I like the scene.

Took a drive today after a heavy fall snowstorm damaged thousands of trees in the area, and streams are swollen again. Not much sunlight out, but I liked this scene from a small bridge near Roscoe, Montana.

Actually the lack of sunlight may have saved these from being blown out...very nice...well done. ;-)

Seems so soon for this much snow but your images just convey the cool and crisp and the beauty of this part of the country. always enjoy your shots

I like them especially the 1st one. I thought you would go to the Black Hills and take photos of snow scenes. Well maybe 4' of snow is not enough for you. I'm waiting for some great photos like you took a few years ago in Yellowstone. You can even shoot in the raw. That would be cool.

Hi - Beautiful work! Another "newbie" to this forum recommended your work and after living in Missoula for a few years I had to check it out. Wish I was still in Montana as there probably is no better place on earth to do some great photos.
Regards,
Thom

Beautiful, but if you can keep the snow there for awhile I would appreciate it.

Great photos of beautiful Montana. The scenery there is so good you almost don't have to be a good photographer. ;-)
