A Ploughman Man & Boy

This gentleman is in his eighties, his tractor was built in 1947. It's as they say "what this man doesn't know about ploughing ain't worth knowing" His son, in the red jacket, is still learning from the master ;-)

Thank you Andrew. I've been to three matches in the last two weekends and I'm considering going to the Nationals near Hereford this coming weekend. I'll be posting ploughing pictures until someone cries "enough!" :-D

Thats a cracker Graham, love the concentration on the sons face & a lot of good things came into being in 47 don't you think :thumbup:

Thanks MagicMark, to hear one of these old Field Marshal tractors is really something else, they make a unique pop-popping sound being a single cylinder two stroke diesel with 6" bore and 9"stroke running at 550rpm.
