I would be curious to know who would spend the time and effort to retouch a photo that they get 10¢ or 20¢ for. And yes I know it's supposed to be a joke.

Well if we're talking mental versus physical then apparently the majority of voters in the last two elections should be drawing some type of government assistance check. Oh....I forgot.
