Minolta Rokkor-X MD 135mm f/2.8 wide open....nice!

Just got the Minolta Rokkor-X MD 135mm f/2.8 (looks like it's about 1980's vintage) and it's nice!

Here is my first test shot wide open and it's a clean file, no smear, and nice and sharp.

I can't wait to take it for a nice spin at work tomorrow.

Not bad for a $70.00 lens.

Thats' the mirrorless camera advantage :)

Yer background's out of focus, ;) but pretty clean corner to corner. Is that related to an early Sigma?

I wouldn't have any idea...here is a history of Minolta lenses, it's pretty interesting.

Nope, my bad. Looks like Minolta made their own and some of the Leicas. Just a lot of similarity to the 80's vintage Sigmas. Thanks for the link.
