Sheriff Arpaio has been sheriff for 20 years.. I do not know how long the term is,,,,, but he has never lost an election, and do not think it has not been because he has had each election easy... A great number of Liberal Groups have tried and tried to get him beaten.. no luck so far...

BUT the article is interesting as it is sort of the End of a long long battle to get him on something......anything.....whatever.......by the DOJ........Don't you all feel safer now?


I Especially like the following paragraph taken from the article.. which, for you liberal "Its right wing crude" readers, is from the LA Times....

OK... Monitored Statistically.... ie. if the department arrests (say) 100 persons and 73 of them are Latino.... Statistically that is WRONG WRONG.... why? because Maricopa County has a little more than twice the number of whites than Hispanics..... SO the ARREST RECORD SHOULD BE....53 whites and 47 Hispanic (not counting any other races other than these two.... I wonder if the above disparity happens... will they have a lottery and release 26 Hispanics and Arrest 26 more Whites.. (sorry if my math is wrong, you figure it out....hahaha....
