I am getting filters for Christmas, so I can't get too low of an shutter speed.
Here is my attempt to get water swirling around the posts. As I said, I get filters at Christmas, So I had to do the best that I could!

heres one at f/32 ISO100 shutter speed 25 @44mm

Ditto: And in response to Tilde - NO, the filter did not do this - the mind of the photographer did - and its not just about water. The shots by Helton don't work as well so it takes more than water and ND filter......my opinion
