So what time does that translate into?
The best I could figure was about 5:30 this evening.

You are at UT +3, 14:06 +3= 17:06 it will start totality, 5:06pm local time.
I am at UT -8, 14:06 - 8= 6:06am local time.
It will be asetting here during totality, it will be rising there.
