My guy at Wally World says they send everything bigger than 8x10 to the HP plant, anyway - I can't see any difference.

I've used MPIX, an online service dealing with professionals. They charge twice the price and have nowhere close to Costco's quality. Another big advantage to Costco is that you can pick up your photos in about an hour after your give them the photo files. Look them over. If you don't like something they did tell them and they'll redo the photo to your satisfaction on the spot. It would take forever to do this online or by snail mail.

I use Adorama and Merridian. I usually upload my photos and have them at my house in 3-5 days. I globe trot so I don't have time to go to even the local store (ie Walgreens, CVS) no less Costco and order prints. I even upload and order prints waitng for my zone to be called loading up on my flights. I guess what ever works for ones own schedule and the quality they get is what counts. To each his/her own. KEWL!!
