Am I allowed to? I'm using CS6 now and do have CS5.5 ...I could be wrong but isn't the CS5.5 license connected to my CS6 Upgrade?

You may have a good point. I'm not sure if they are connected or not. If you did CS6 as an upgrade, then you probably can't seperate the two them.
Thank you though.

Yes CS6 was an upgrade from CS5....if you want, contact Adobe and ask. Can't hurt.

As long as you Deactivated it before uninstalling from your computer(s) you should be fine but contact Adobe first. Deactivating is very important or Adobe will think it's still active and won't allow it to be active on more than 2 computers at one time.

Is what your saying, "deactivate CS5 and I'd still be able to use CS6"? I'd be very surprised if Adobe ok'ed that move.
