This past Sunday, my boyfriend and I decided to take the train into Manhattan for the day to see Christmas decorations, because it was and unseasonably 60 degrees out, so it was perfect walking weather.

Here are a few of the pix that I took, some constructive criticism would be great, i'm always trying to find ways to improve or to just learn new things!

Ok NYC is my hometown. I miss that place very much but now I've grown accustomed to the warm and sunny state of Florida. But this morning in Tampa Bay it's freezing!

That tree in your photo is at Rockerfeller Center. Good shots.

Yeah it is the tree at Rockefeller Center, it was sooo hard to get to this weekend, they had the streets around it practically closed off because how bad it was. We go into the city about every other weekend, we have about an hour train ride in, I think this is the worse I have ever seen it, even during Christmas time.

Thank you for the complement, I took sooo many down there because the weather and light was perfect, I had a hard time choosing just these few,lol.

I still like those shots. But, of course that is not the REAL NYC. Those are the tourist attractions. Next time go to Harlem , Bed styvestant and the Lower East side and the East Village and the Staten Island Ferry. There you will get an eye full fo stuff to shoot.
God, I miss my hometown....But not the cold and ice.
