I took this a few weeks ago in Glacier. It has to have been the most spectacular and long lasting rainbow I have ever seen. It took 3 shots to get the whole thing in.
That's the most amazing thing I've seen (rainbow wise) The download view is breathtaking.

Lucky you! The rainbow frames the mountain almost perfectly.
Did you pan holding the camera normally (landscape orientation)? A tip I got from an earlier thread suggested panning holding the camera vertically (portrait orientation) for rainbows. That gives a wider angle of view vertically. You might have got the double rainbow intact if you'd done that - but it's beautiful nevertheless. You captured the vividness nicely.
