The first one is awesome! Second, i would like to see a little more above the water fall but keep the same on the bottom (but thats just me), Third one is something I dont get to see much of, more than one flower in focus, kinda has me not knowing how i like it.

love number 1, kinda feel the watefrfall too tight, might consider a wider angle .
The flower shot makes me feel like it wanted to be a Bokeh shot that did not quite translate. Perhaps a moderate side angle might have confused mky eye somewhat less.

The first one belongs on a wall. Awesome. I agree the waterfall needs more both on top and bottom. Only a tiny bit on the bottom. The flowers have wonderful color but I really don't care for the focus.

Great first shot, Michelle. Your treatment of Looking Glass looks good, also. It's nice to see someone local on here, I live just north of Asheville, and fish in and around the Davidson River all the time.

I am always so amused to see the different opinions of everyone. Your crab shot is wonderfully clear and crisp but as a whole...Im not into it, perhaps because I dont like sand crabs.
I DO like the falls as is. I like how you stopped the water and how the light is hitting the leaves on the right.
The irises...not so much as is...but I DO like the left half from just right of that tight little bud all the way left.

Love number one.
I think number two could use a little more at top, but I do like it as it is.
The big green leaf in the top-left background of number three is a bit distracting for me. Other than that, I like it.

I am going with the crowd on this one the first is by far the best. The angle of the foam and the crab make a great composition.

Agreed on #1 being the better of the three. I really like how the shadow plays such a big part in the picture. It almost gives it a 3D feel.

I like the crab, sand and surf pic. I think the falls need more area in the pic, wider angle and more top and bottom to it, but not much more. It's still a good pic. I like the flowers all in focus. I have been to looking glass falls, I live north of Ashville also in Avery County most of the time. Keep up the good work, good to see you on here.
