Since I am not versed in B&W terminology, I appreciate your explaining this. Since I am using Lightroom, I wonder if I'd be better trying to pull this off by pulling the GND filter up from the bottom or to try using paintbrush? I'll experiment and re-post below later in the day. Thanks for sharing your expertise with a newbie to B&W, tusketwedge!
