Poor Heron - Pretty Fair Pictures

Picked this heron out pretty quickly due to the red and white thing visible on its neck, even from a distance. I was able to get pretty close without it getting antsy. Not sure if the plug and line interfered with eating, but the bird kept trying to get untangled. I was unable to do anything except report to the local Game and Fish people.

Excellent photo's of a horrible sight - Yes "Poor Heron" - I do hope somebody was able to do something somehow.
