I can suggest how the city of Tampa, FL can get new fans.
Suggest they trade for all the non-straight players.
They then can name the Team: Tampa Gay Buckinears.
All fans then can come out of the closet and do "their thing" w/o any security interference and have their own special videos to be shown on a new channel. Everyone put a $ in anyone ear to your left. No one else but the Buckinears can see it with a special device made for the right ear.
BTW: You can get free vouchers at a Junior College in one of the 57 states. At one of their FREE SPEECH zones.
