Well the UHH members only Yellowstone Park Photography Seminar is over and was a great success in spite of the weather! We had rain, sleet, hail, snow, and even some sunshine during the event but still managed to get some decent photographs.
I started this thread just so all the attendees had a place to post some of their images so stay tuned as they will all be posting pics here rather than scattered all over the forum.
Oh, and watch for pics of "Dennis", the wild, enraged bull elk that attacked anything that moved (including my car). He and "Rasputin" were in early rut and very frustrated that the cow elk were not coming into heat yet! They made for some very interesting entertainment and kepy most of us from getting a good nights sleep as they were bugling all night long!
I hope you all enjoy some of these images, I am planning on doing another UHH only event next June if there is enough early interest in doing so. This was DEFINITELY not my usual college student event!
Thanks to all 10 hoggers who came to this first event, it was really nice to spend time with every one of you, even during search and rescue operations!!!! ;-) ;-)
Thanks so much for stopping by the Yellowstone Association Bookstore and the Old Faithful Visitor Education Center. It was great to meet you all and hear about your adventure in the park.

Thanks Loren, it was a very pleasant surprise to find you working there! We lost 6 of the group in that blizzard! LOL
I'm very interested in the June 2014 seminar

I am too, since I'll be retired by then.
I would like to thank MT Shooter and the other Hogs who attended, for helping to make this into the most fun I've had in a very long time. I can't remember when I've laughed so much...even though we spent a lot of time getting rained or snowed on.
For anyone who is wondering about MT. Shooter...Yeah, he really does know that much stuff!
I wound up with a ton of shots, and don't have time right now to go through them all, but here are a few to start things off.
The sun is out, and we are happy Hedge Hogs
We were photo-bombed as we all pointed our cameras at Plessner
Are these Copyright infringements?

Ditto, Tony! MT knows his stuff and is quick to share! And, I learned so much from you and the other attendees, too. Especially how to work through lunch!! I'm just getting settled in. Have class all day tomorrow, but will post more! Lots to go thru. Also, here's one of the male elks in a (barely) calmer moment. :-)
Tony!
