Beam vs smugmug

I have read here that most of you seem to like smugmugs for website and wondered if anyone ever used Beam, and how they feel it compares.

After looking at Beam-never heard of it till now-my only impression is at 29.99 per month it is much more expensive than what I'm paying for SmugMug Power acc. of 60 per year. IN fact Beam is more expensive than any of SmugMugs accs. Also I'm really happy with SmugMugs new platform. I wasn't impressed by the short tour of Beams offerings.
