I received a file that is supposed to be an original digital photo from the camera that took the photo. The EXIF I'm seeing is for a Noritsu Koki QSS 32_33. Is anyone familiar with this ? Is it a camera ?

According to a contributor at Yahoo http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080823232017AAaWFf6

"This is the film processor system used by many labs ... when you ask to have your negatives made into digital files, this is what finds its way into the "camera" section of EXIF data."

Can it be determined what changes have been made to the original photo after this processing?

Ah, no. This photo is from a digital COPY of a film negative/positive. There would have been no changes or processing of the image itself except that needed to convert a light image through a copier to a digital file.
