I have many pictures of this kingbird, most time it is a pair of them.
They comes to the suet feeders and sets around hours at a time.
Will fly thru bird bath for water

They are most likely Cassin's Kingbirds according to my trusty National Geographic Field Guide to the Birds of North America.

Cassin's Kingbirds should not be in Mission, TX. area. Per all books (NGFG, Peterson & others) plus web sites I look at. These have a notched tail and Cassin's KB does not.

This is a Great Kiskadee, taken same place as the Couch's or Tropical Kingbird.
