My name is Ed, I have been "shooting" most of my life but really got into it about 8 years ago and began shooting senior pics and then weddings and went on to be a photo journalist for the college newspaper for 3 years and won several awards. No I am not a PROFESSIONAL photographer. I am very much an amateur and learning every day how much I still do not know about photography and cameras. I shoot a Nikon D3100, I own most all lenses that a amateur photographer would need (Ok afford lol) I cant afford a lens that cost more than a vacation. I prefer to find the picture rather than make it. I know everyone keeps telling me all the things you can do with software. But I still do not use any. I believe in editing before I shoot. I am not saying that it is wrong to use software I just choose not to myself. So a lot of my pictures might not have the pop of someone else but they are real, raw pictures. Please comment
