These are wonderful shots! I have to confess when I saw the title I was just going to pass this one by because I've seen so many good hummingbird photos here and didn't care if I saw another one. BUT when I saw it was your post I decided to look.. .. Very happy I didn't miss these.

Thank you very much Erv. We've had few Hummers here as well. This time of the year is good for getting a few shots as they're so busy feeding they'll allow you to get much closer. Another week and they may all be gone.

I think I saw the third one at my feeder yesterday here in Maine on his way south. Said to say hello... Beautiful shots - are you using HSS or close-up flashes set for 1/16 or 1/32 power to capture their wing movement so nicely?
