I would rather call it: a slightly foggy morning over......(because I don't see a sun rise), but it sure looks like a lovely area, nice shot! P.S. You should avoid putting the horizon in the middle of the picture.
I suspect this is the sort of image that is best realized in super high quality resolution on a museum wall, and probably loses impact viewed on a screen.

Where's the sun? Sunrises are much nicer in color. If they were black and white the world would be a dull place. :-)

There is no point of interest.
I really like this photo. It has a wonderful moody, melancholic quality, and the light/dark balance is excellent.
Looks like you have some vignetting going on there. And your horizon needs moved off center. I like it though.
Creates a nice mood which would be amplified with a view of more of the sky
:roll:I would prefer not to lose any point of interest, the sky or the water. And may I say it is leveled to perfection.
I think I see the curvature of the Earth:shock:
There is no question that photo's drop in quality on this sight.
I see it everyday with photo's I from my Facebook page I've shared here. But Facebook is not fun like you guy's ;-)
Sometimes a sunrises is cloudy and foggy.
Keep in mind if your going to display the greatest cloudy foggy sunrise ever, then don't let people add stuff like sunshine and color. :XD:
There are plenty of brightly colorful sun rises to see at if that's what you want to look at:thumbup: I say well done.
It's too dark. There is no detail in the trees. I would suggest using HDR to get more detail in both the clouds and the trees.
Nice shot...very atmospheric...
Well done with shooting and processing.
Note: VERY slight tilt to the left I think.
Actually, I like it, too. :) Reminiscent of my early B&W days...and I do mean "early" like...1960s. ;-)
It creates a mood for sure and I like it. I think there's too much foreground. I don't care if there are no details in the trees. I don't expect to see details in a fog shot. I played with the levels a little. I hope you don't mind but I cropped it. See if you like this better.
