I think that was a typo check the word preen rather than prune.

Lens - Nikon 500 f-4 manual focus
Teleconverter - Nikon 1.4X
Tripod - I used one
ISO - 320, Speed 1/1600, f-10, Exposure Mode - Manual

Photo #2
Camera - Nikon D300
Lens - Nikon 500 f-4 manual focus
Teleconverter - Nikon 1.4X
Tripod - I used one
ISO - 400, Speed 1/1250, f-7.1, Exposure Mode - Manual

Photo #3
Camera - Nikon D300S
Lens - Nikon 70-200mm f-2.8 VR continuous auto-focus
Teleconverter - none
Tripod - I didn't use one
ISO - 400, Speed 1/1600, f-9, Exposure Mode - Shutter Priority.
