Olympus PEN E-PL1 Interchangeable lens small camera

Has anybody on this forum tried using this Olympus mini camera with interchangeable lens? How is it? It's kinda expensive but, is it really worth the money you have to pay for such a small camera? They have different models and the price ranges from $400 to %500++.

I love my pen and in fact just got the pen-3.
The pen -1 was used basically with the 17mm prime lens,but with the pen-3 i have several other lens that I am using as well.
Basically,i use this camera as my point and shoot camera when i don't need or have the energy to drag around a lot of heavy equipment.
I would have jumped at a $500 price tag when i first purchased the pen-1.
Off the top of my head I don't remember the cost of the pen-3 but it was a bit cheaper then my first one.

I too love my E-PL1 for light weight packing when traveling but needing a camera for close-up and/or distant shots. I purchased an adapter for the Pen camera which allows me to use the lens from my other E Series Olympus cameras to provide greater flexibility (70-300mm, 50mm, etc). The positives with this IC far out weigh the negatives!!

In the event you are planning to purchase but have not yet done so, Costco is currently selling the E-PL1 camera and lens kit (14-42mm and 40-150mm) for $400.
