A super bonus for shoppers in Nottingham's city centre today were displays by the Paraiso School of Samba, created and led by top artists from Rio. Great opportunity to get some nice and varied pics. Used Nikon D300 and Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 OS lens, a fantastic walk around lens anywhere in Europe. Enjoy these 6 pics !

To all those of you who have commented on the "Samba Girls" I can assure you it was great fun and, at times, a little challenging owing to the number of people who kept diving in front of me to "get their pics" - who'd be a pro photo-journalist ?
