Let me know when you are getting tired of these. Again, disregard the photo itself. Better with or without?

No, one actually does have a vignette but when it gets downloaded to this forum it seems to lose some of the intensity. I've exaggerated some vignette in this one:

Still hard to detect much of a vignette, but what a pretty young lady. I can imagine your a proud parent. Keep a loaded hand gun nearby to deter those unwanted callers

vignette usually has 10 stages 1-light 10- little darker
sometimes it doesnt look like anything was done

I think the background and the left side of the photo take up too much of the viewers interest. In both sets of images, I don't see any vignetting at all.

Personally, I see the vignette on the second photo of your daughter and I'd say that I prefer it...but that's a preference, both photos "work."

These eyes must be getting old because I see no difference in either shot. Beautiful shot of your daughter but would take that shiny spot off her front tooth.......

it's visible, if you know what to look for. i use a similar effect at times, very subtle, to ever-so-gently emphasize the main subject of the photo.
