For anyone who doesn't know, Dock Dogs is a dog competition where the dogs leap off a dock into a pool of water. There are categories for height, distance and speed.( This is an opportunity for me to practice some action photography and maybe even some candid pet portraits.)
You don't have to bring a dog to compete, come and watch or take pics. There will be vendors handing out samples and offering discounts.
It is taking place at the Boone Trail Shopping Center, September 20, 21, 22.
If you need more info or want to see what it's about you can visit their website
Dockdogs.com. The event for Fayetteville is called "Extreme Airborne".
Hope to see you there!
