I work in Boulder and this is the second day in a row that they have closed all of our facilities. Working from home. Well, after I get done checking out UHH. :-) Cheers.

Yesterday we had 8 inches in 8 hours-about 50% of the annual total rainfall (including snow). Stopped raining two hours ago but is forecast to continue in a few more hours. Major streets and intersections are impassable; parks and golf courses are lakes. The USGS says the State has reached the 100 year flood plain.

We are retired and high and dry. Schools are closed and many employers have told their employees to stay home.

I think the 3 year drought is over. I turned off my sprinklers yesterday.
