Might seem like a "catch 22" but the psychological research covers that. People are able to much more objectively observe behavior in others than they are able to introvert their own behavior.

Agree. However I think the use of "victim" here is engaging in a bit of hyperbole. ;)

I agree its a bit of a stretch. But, but if the Help support person had come back with something ridiculous---such as, Go away, Im meditating on the nature of nothingness. Or something insanely funny, something equal to the joke on the difference between the epileptic oyster shucker and a hooker with diarrhea; or, whatever---then I hould have said Hell with it, and forgiveness would have been instantaneous. But it didnt happen, and so it goes -----Im done with it and lets end the thread here.
