Occupy? Now that's interesting. Try reading up on Detroit MI, and cities in CA with more to come that have filed bankruptcy. Try Chicago, IL the murder capitol of the US as a bankrupt state waiting to happen. As for the signage spelling, I would offer that they may have been trying to reach out to people like this person, to make sure that they were able to understand what the message was.
