Has anyone found a screen protector that will fit a Canon 70D?

But if you put a screen protector on a touch screen, will the touch screen still work properly? I have none on mine nor do intend to put one on. My T3i has done just fine sans a screen protector and see no reason why my 70D won't be the same.

It just came out, but I think it has the same screen as the 60D so those stick-on protectors should work on it. Might be an issue with the touch screen feature though.

what about those self-adhesive ones? Sticks directly to the lens. I would seem to me it would be like an Otterbox on a cellphone with a touch screen, still works with it in place. Just a thought.

The only product I see is this one -- they claim it will work with the touch screen which must be the reason it's hard to find link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACMAXX-3-0-HARD-LCD-SCREEN-ARMOR-PROTECTOR-CANON-EOS-70D-70-D-Body-/231028991953

Hope this helps.

So far I haven't run into problems with stick-on protectors on touch screens, and it's cheap to try.

The film ones work well, but many of todays LCD protectors for DSLR cameras are made of very thin optical glass, I use them myself, and the tough screen features of the 70D (Canon) may not work with those. Hence my clarifier in the first post.

I hadn't planned on getting a screen protector for my 70D until I saw the one on eBay mentioned above. Apparently there is no degradation in touch screen performance using it so I purchased one.

Thanks for letting me know. I reviewed that ad on Ebay and was concerned about the ability of the screen to close after the protector was applied.

I have done it on an Iphone & works OK.Also on my Sony compact camera.
Buy a protector that is bigger & cut it down to size. An Ipad needs one because of the finger traffic on them but I haven't yet. It might take some of the sensitivity out of the Ipad. Frustratingly sensitive.
