I myself am not very good at posing people but she looks alittle awkward. I would try and change that.
I think to sell the shot the pose has to be believable just my opinion.

Name, address and phone number please. Get her out of the water before she shrivels up into an old prune

For me the pose looks very "wooden" and unnatural, and Its a shame the whole of her body is not reflected in the water. As for the photo, great DOF,

It looks as if she been pushed in the water and is looking at her pusher in disbelief.

The water is to deep the pose would be hard to hold for very long and it does not promote her. when I photograf a model I have a meeting with her I tell what to exspect from me and what I exspect from her. We go over outfits and how to pose. There is nothing new so I give her pictures of poses to practice. I would like to see your lady standing, sun from behind on that golden hair, a little closer background like trees and rocks and a little shift to her hips, maybe a little twist to her upper and maybe looking off slightly or right into your lens, use your flash to fill off camera maybe one on the camera with a tube for catch lights. Hope I did not go on to much.

I concur with Emm5. Perhaps a turn of the head with eyes open and the hint of a smile?

The model is beautiful and I like the DOF. I agree with others, the pose looks forced and the model looks uncomfortable.

I agree. Don't force a pose that is uncomfortable. I can just hear her saying, "Oh shoot, my hair is getting wet".

I'd go along with this. I like the exposure but I find the rock across the water to be somewhat of a distraction.

My perspective on this is if she was willing to get wet, really get her wet. I'd like to see her standing, wringing out her wet dress while she looks directly into the lens.

In this pose, I'd like to see her straighten the leg closest to the camera and roll towards the camera. Again, looking straight at the lens. At least that's how it goes in my mind.
