Rix...I'm not expert in politics. However, the Soviet Union could not keep up with our Star Wars expenditures and it led to the end of the Cold War. The advances in science made continue to today. Supply Side economics is designed to lower barriers for the production of goods. Is that bad? Trickle down economics...as I recall was the theory that getting business healthy would have a beneficial effect on the workforce....anything wrong with that?

He must not have been as terrible as you would think, Rix. They've named the airport after him and a major office building.

That's bull. When Reagan was in office our deficit was in the billions, not trillions. He was in office during difficult economic times, and he was a strong, forthright leader. What longterm damage are you talking about?

I don't think there's going to be any war at least not as long as he is President...When Hillary gets in then look out...she's always been Hawkish.

OMG !!! ---- BLASPHEMY BLASPHEMY. Rix has spoken out against ANOTHER LIBERAL DEMOCRAT. Whatever the incumbent doesn't finish COMPLETELY screwing up within his last 3 years, SHE will finish this nightmare after she is elected!!!

Or perhaps, there is some very small ray of hope that Rix might FINALLY be realizing that his main man occupying that little white house at 1600 PA Ave, NW, Wash DC is in fact not the savior that all of the LIBERAL DEMOCRATS mistakenly elected TWICE !!!

You should not forget trying to call ketchup a vegetable in order to cut funding for the school lunch program. He needed to buy more jelly beans. He was the perfect example for showing how sugar could damage the brain.

You must be crushed after all the fairy tales you believe... that he's 1000% better then what we have now.... 1,000,000 times the leader. O'blameo doesn't belong in his shadow... but he has lived up to my expectations.

Just see how he has dropped to his knees that he needs the other side of the aisle... this after constantly berating them and balming them on all his shortscomings. See how Russia and China and the rest of the world..thumb their noses at him... except- now hold on to your hat... the other loser country in the world that has backed him! All signs of a true leader.

Now tell us all about the fairy tale of how our lives are better since the empty shirt you grovel towards has taken office.

I would not say anything about how great Reagan was until you know the whole truth. Much off that has been swept under the rug. Reagan a great president, really!

You failed to mention that he wouldn't do anything to help Africa with Aids. Or, maybe that was Nancy making that decision. In any event, he didn't remember it.

Remember he was the one who gave us Trickle Down which started the rush to greed in the executive suits of American business, Then backed that up with deregulation so they could really rake in the big bucks while telling you it was good for you to have a smaller share of the national wealth or the American Dream. But that was while he was in Washington. Remember he learned how in California. He did quite well for a union leader from an industry that stays in business while on paper looses money on most film projects. You know, he was an actor after all.
