I don't know what it is, but it doesn't look legit to me. HTTPS is a secure server, but it's saying it can't be seen on a secure server. ????????

Looks like something is trying to ask for permission to down load and change you settings. Have you run any ad-ware or mal-ware programs.

You need to alter your settings in "internet options" just clock yes, then change the settings.

One assumes you do have a decent AV program installed anyway.

Just click "YES" and get on with your life. It wants to know if you want some security with your web page so others won't see you or your transactions. You will see a KEY pop in on your bottom bar. To get rid of it just reset your security level in Internet options to low so that the world can visit your computer.

As Kim komando says, a virus doesn't invade your machine, they are invited in. If he was set up as a single user, He could have well opened the door. I hope you fellas had it write.

Yes JR1 we all know that many here get rude and obnoxious with their comments and we all know that you are the only one that gets called on it. We all feel very bad that you are getting picked on. Now that we have acknowledged your mistreatment can we stop seeing you post about it on every thread you join, please?

I learn the hard way myself. I now use multiple users. Only the Admin user can make changes in my machine, and each use has there own pass word, annoying but when I find a problem, I just delete that user and create a new one. I can save the documents and photos, when I delete the old user. It has saved my butt a few times.

A single suggestion: switch to firefox. It works better for compatibility and allows you greater control of what goes in and out of your PC.

IE 8 was notorious for its "buginess".
